GIVING BACK We here at Horizon Records love our annual Black Friday celebration, but the follow up event, SWAG SATURDAY on SATURDAY, NOV. 25^th, hits a little closer to home, literally. We love celebrating Small Business Saturday by encouraging all to share WARMTH (need HEAVY COATS & BLANKETS, GLOVES OR FINGER WARMERS, SCARVES, KNIT HATS and RAINCOATS/PONCHOS). And of course, we encourage cash/debit/credit card donations right at the register (or you can drop some cash into our donation jar). ALL DONATIONS go straight to the TRIUNE MERCY CENTER, who bring desperately needed assistance to those in need in the season of Thanksgiving and all year round. THE SWAG As a thank you for your generous donations, we are giving away a ton of nifty, fun and sometimes collectible swag items that we have accumulated over the years in exchange for any donation. Freebies Include: CD Samplers, Vinyl LP Test Pressings, Posters, turntable mats, tote bags and more. Horizon Records feels that all businesses are partners in our communities, and that sharing is the best way to show our thanks and, in the process, help others. So, we will have 2 big donation boxes set up in hopes that each of our customers, neighbors or anyone wishing to pay it forward in this season of family and togetherness might step in and contribute warmth or funds to the greater good. We’ve also set up a key on our register for debit/credit card donations to make it easy to donate. TRIUNE MERCY CENTER Triune is on the frontline bringing spirituality and the services that so many hard-hit people need to get back on their feet or recover; the homeless, the hungry, the struggling addicts and others.  Just 3 blocks down from our corner, Triune provides a safe haven and a friendly respite day in day out for those who need it most, whether through food bank, classes or allowing a myriad of 12 step program meetings to use their rooms.
